Bryan Gonzales

Bryan GonzalesBryan T. Gonzales is a transactional lawyer specializing in automobile dealers, bankruptcy, banking, and real estate; and is a founding partner in the firm. Prior to forming Gonzales & Jackson, LLP, he was the sole partner at Gonzales Law Partners, P.C. focusing upon automobile dealers and bankruptcy. 

Mr. Gonzales began his career as a California licensed Real Estate Agent (then Broker), and then became an attorney with the State Bar of California practicing in the entertainment (music & film) and real estate areas.  Later, Mr. Gonzales became owner-operator of residential income properties as well as multiple new car franchise dealerships.  Recently, Mr. Gonzales became a certified contract negotiator for the National Football League Players Association.

Mr. Gonzales graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations.  Mr. Gonzales received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School where he was an editor of the Whittier Law Review and was responsible for the Law Review’s very first internet presence.  Also, Mr. Gonzales’s article on the Fourth Amendment, Making it Fit – The Good Faith Exception to the Exclusionary Rule: A Critical Examination of Arizona vs. Evans; 17 Whittier L. Rev. 609 (1996), was selected for publication in the fall of 1996.  Mr. Gonzales is slated to receive his Masters of Business Administration from Babson College in early 2012.
Mr. Gonzales is admitted to practice before all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Matther Gonzales

Matthew JacksonMatthew E. Jackson is a civil trial lawyer specializing in business litigation, real estate litigation and environmental enforcement actions; and is a founding partner in the firm.  Prior to forming Gonzales & Jackson, LLP, he was a partner in a business and real estate practice in Woodland Hills, California and has worked with environmental advocacy groups assisting in the management and prosecution of environmental enforcement actions against corporate defendants.

Mr. Jackson graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology.  Mr. Jackson received his Juris Doctor degree from Whittier Law School. Mr. Jackson was an editor of the Whittier Law Review and his article on the impact of the reauthorization of the Clean Water Act was selected for publication in the fall of 1997.  Muddling Through the Mire of Wetland Regulation; Is Congress on Target With Its Clean Water Act Reauthorization Bill?; 18 Whittier L. Rev. 665 (1997).

Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Orange County Bar Association.
